Your body, goals, lifestyle, and preferences are unique, so your workouts should be too. Whether you’re returning to the gym after a break, managing a health condition, or just looking for something that actually fits your life, I’ll build a program that’s just for you. If you already feel comfortable in the gym and just need a new plan, this is the perfect option for you. I’ll design a something that works with you, not against you.
What you get with me as your personal coach:
- A one-on-one consultation to talk about your health history, goals, limitations, preferences, and anything else you want me to know before we begin.
- Fitness assessments and goal setting based on where you’re at right now. We’ll set realistic, motivating goals and track progress in ways that feel meaningful to you.
- A custom-designed workout plan tailored to your needs, experience level, schedule, and access to equipment (home, gym, outdoors, etc.).
- The option for weekly 30 minute check-ins or just at the beginning and end of your program.
- Weekly check-ins: We’ll go over any concerns that popped up and talk about your workouts for the week.
- Consistent communication and feedback loops so we can adjust your program as your needs change. Life happens—and your plan should be able to flex with it.
- Workout trackers you can update on your own or you can send me the info and I’ll keep track if it for you. We’ll use these to adjust your workouts as you get stronger.
- Private, judgment-free support from someone who gets it. Whether you need encouragement, guidance, or a quick form check, I’m here for all of it.
