Small Group Training

Individualized Program Design

If you prefer to train on your own but need a little extra guidance, Individualized Program Design is the perfect option. I’ll create a customized workout plan that suits your schedule, fitness level, and objectives. You’ll get detailed instructions, video demonstrations, and progress trackers, so you’ll know exactly what to do at each step. You can choose to have a virtual check-in with me every now and then or just run solo from start to finish. Choose what’s right for you!
