I’m teaching in a new space this summer: All Bodies Strong! Body positive, fat-forward, and inclusive. This gym is definitely my kind of space.
So far, I’m teaching one class on Saturdays but it’s an amazing class- Yoga for Relaxation. Long, restorative poses. Breathing techniques to promote calm. And a guided meditation at the end to help ease any tension.

I’m also taking personal training clients through the gym. I’m super excited to be in this new space with this new crew and finding my footing in a community I love.
