Self-care Challenge- Day 22: Warmth

Warmth can be physical or emotional. When we’re looking for something to warm us up, a cup of hot tea or coffee usually does the trick. Or maybe we like sitting by the fire place.

Emotionally, we can share an act of kindness with someone. Maybe you offer to pay for the coffee of the person behind you in the drive-thru. Or you might decide that the server at the restaurant you frequent deserves a bigger tip today. These things can warm us up in a different way.

Today, find some warmth, physically or emotionally.
