Self-care Challenge- Day 8: Dream

When was the last time you paused and reflected on your goals and dreams?

While running around in our daily lives, it’s easy to forget about our own dreams. When I’m off taking the kids to school, going to teach a yoga class, planning workshops, getting dinner ready, and making sure the kids are doing their homework, I’m too exhausted at the end of the day to think about the path I’m walking. I’m too tired to see if it lines up with my dreams and goals.

Did I make any progress this week? I have no idea.

Today, take some time and see if the path you’re on is aligned with your goals, dreams, and what you want your future to look like.

If something doesn’t feel right, why is that? And is there a reason you’re doing it right now?

Your goals and dreams are worth the time it takes for a little reflection. You wouldn’t have chosen them if they weren’t.
