Self-care Challenge- Day 6: Invigorate

Some days, it’s hard to find the energy to continue with your day. Maybe work seems like it’s dragging. Maybe you didn’t get enough sleep last night. Whatever the case may be, there are days where we just drag our feet.

Today, I want you to find something that wakes you up and gives you energy. Find something that invigorates you and gets you moving.

Maybe you need a midday dance party. Maybe you need a nice glass of cool water. Or maybe you need to take a few deep breaths outside.

Whatever it is, take a few moments to wake yourself up and recharge those batteries.

Remember, you can’t pour from an empty vessel. You need to fill up your own cup, too.
